Accessing ' Downloads ' Folder from Quick Access would crash File Explorer

I have this problem that whenever i click the ' Downloads ' from Quick Access or ' This PC 's ' Downloads '
* All are pointed to the same location of Downloads Folder of my own in my Hard Drive
* I changed the Location to my own ' Downloads ' Folder , if i revert it to original/default, it won't crash.

-Sfc /scannow - no issues
- Updates are Latest
