Copy below code and save the file as Administrator.REG and run it, then reboot the computer immediately and there will be an option when you right click on files / folder to be run as Administrator easily.

I believe it is Microsoft Security, which doesn't trust your trusted app and is playing the administrator here !
You can remove the control, but please read what is written on the third screenshot ! = You can't put the control back without reinstalling Windows !Capture.PNGCapture2.PNGCapture3.PNG

Additionally ..

FYI, it doesn't mean if there's single user and assigned by the system the user is an Administrator has full control. There's limitation what the user can & cannot do even assigned as an Administrator. This is system default by a permission called "UAC Buckler" and Microsoft limits Administrator controls to safeguard unnecessary system file changes.

There's a proper way to bypass system permission take ownership full access of a folder to delete / rename / make changes of contents of folder. For example, my system does not allow me to see the contents of LOCAL SETTINGS folder under my username, by I have made it visible with bypassing the built-in security permissions, see video belowas I can finally access and see the contents ..

Video link is here https://pixeldrain.com/u/qnDhuiCs

Moreover I have below marked 2 commands to ease my workaround and execute and open "blocked" files :)

Xploit: How do I get to your form? I open up the windows explorer. I have Home and gallery nothing else. This PC but no folders with documents and settings. And I don't speak italian Roger.

Let me add another puzzle: When I bought this built PC from a shop. It came with windows 11. I was able to download apps like digiguide (here) without a any problems. How is that? Is the guy who built the computer got some kind of Super human MS administrateve rights!

It's French. I have put the screenshots to help you to go there from Windows Security by following the lines marked in yellow.
I can't (or do not want) to change my computer language just for replying !

I found a better solution. This has got nothing to do with having some advanced Adminstator privalages. The problem is Windows Defender comes as standard. I can disable it and add my own provider. AVG is good for me. Problem solved.

XM, you've helped me before, and I've copied and saved your .reg script, but....
before installing that script, when I right click on any desktop program icon, I get "Run as Administrator" as one of the options in the Context menu.
Will your script add even more power to that option?

For a long time, to give me more power over the files on my PC, I've added "Grant Admin Full Control", to my PC.
I run the installer just once, and it adds that comment to my Rt Click context menu. I use that a lot, like when trying to delete files out of Windows. I call it "Take Ownership" on Steroids! I put that on every PC that I set up with Windows.
OH, and I totally shut off UAC, during Setup of Windows. Or that thing will just bug the crap out of me.

Happy New Year!
Shadow
PS: This might make getting "Grant Admin Full Control" a bit easier.

Even more powerfull; gives you "System" or even "Trusted Installer" priviledges, can be run with Gui or in cmd prompt.
It's very nice, but be careful with it !
