Application Crashes

I've been having issues for a while I keep having crashes on my computer windows 11 laptop it keep getting an error message while opening settings applications keeps crashing systemsettings.exe error and other minor crashes i've been trying to get it fix unfortinately It mostly subscribtions ive been having issues for a while I needed this fixed my whole system is having problems.
