ASUS H310I-PLUS R2.0 - Security Boot Problem

I have followed the advise on website to setup ASUS H310I-PLUS R2.0 - Security Boot to fulfill Windows 11 requirement.

However, as I tried to update from Windows 10 to Windows 11, it is still not work due to Security Boot.
