Hello everyone, I'm frustrated with my new Acer Nitro 5 laptop. When using Zoom or other communication apps like Skype, Discord, or WhatsApp, I can't hear audio from other sources like browsers or Spotify simultaneously. I've tried adjusting audio settings and reinstalling the sound driver (Realtek), but nothing has worked. On my older Acer Aspire and desktop using the same headphones, this isn't a problem. This issue is especially problematic for my work, where I need to share screens with audio during video calls. Can anyone help me resolve this? Thanks.
