Availability of Windows 11 Version 24H2 Build 26100.863 Across All PCs

I've been following the updates on Windows 11 and noticed that version 24H2 with build 26100.863 has been mentioned in recent news. I'm curious about its availability across all PCs. Can someone confirm if this update is being rolled out to all users or if there are specific requirements or limitations for installing this update?

The current / and available Windows 11 24H2 with build 26100.xxx is only RP (Release Preview) and not Retail version, it can be downloaded and applied if you wanted as VMWare or else ..

It‘s currently only generally available for Copilot+ enabled PCs. Others will have to wait until official release.

It's not only readily available, but it's even up to V4.1... it just depends on where you want to get it.

Definitely NOT via an MS Update.
