Last night, I updated my firmware through Windows Update and now I'm locked out by BitLocker. I used the manage-bde command to check the TPM ID, but the numerical password is missing or blank.
The key isn’t available in my Microsoft account either, and I’m unable to reset my laptop.
What can I do to regain access?
