I found a folder named Bivaji Coms in users/*/appdata/roaming with a size of 437 MB. I assume it piggybacked and downloaded itself because I did not install it. Out of desperation, I disabled Wi-Fi. Both Malwarebytes and Windows Defender scans were uneventful.

Can anyone advise on what this folder is and if it's a potential threat?

I found the exact trojan on my PC about half an hour ago. All accounts on my pc such as windows and steam have been hacked, leading me to run a full windows security scan on my PC, which is how I found the file. After doing some digging I found that it is a keylogger and can gain access to all saved passwords on your PC. Do the following IMMEDIATELY if yoou have not done so already:
-run a full (not quick) windows security scan
-this will identify the trojan, remove the file from your PC
-reset all of your passwrds and enable 2fa
