My laptop recently started experiencing frequent blue screens (BSOD) with messages such as "Video Scheduler Internal Error" or "Critical Process Died."
It also has slow booting issues: sometimes it boots up very slowly, freezes, crashes into BSOD, and then restarts, or it boots up fast and normally.
I have updated all sound, video, and BIOS drivers from DELL support, and I’ve run SFC and DISM commands multiple times to check for corrupted drivers, but no issues were found.
Please help me solve this problem.
