Camera On Pop Up when in use

Since using a new computer with Windows 11, I've been experiencing a recurring issue during Zoom calls. A small pop-up appears, disappears, and reappears every few seconds while using the camera. Amy ideas what's causing this annoying alert, and how can I stop it?
