Hey everyone,
I think I've encountered a malware issue. After running several antivirus programs like Kaspersky and NPE, they detected a "Trojan.win32.Hosts2.gen" which I deleted. However, after restarting my PC, my keyboard stopped working completely, and all sound settings for playback and recording are gone.
I’ve tried various antivirus scans and driver fixes, but nothing has resolved the issue. I know a Windows reset could help, but I have crucial data for work and college that I can’t lose.
In Device Manager, both the keyboard and audio drivers show warning icons. I've attempted to update and uninstall them, but nothing seems to bring them back.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
