Since installing the 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037771) on 5/14/24, I've been unable to change the accent color for title bars and window borders. The colors have defaulted to a light blue, despite previously being set to "Pale Red." The update seems to have overridden my settings.
Here are my current settings under Settings -> Personalization -> Colors:
Mode: Light
Transparency: Off
Accent Color: Manual
Show accent color on Start and Taskbar: Greyed out and set to off
Show accent color on bars: On
I've attempted to change the values for Mode and Transparency, but the issue persists.
Any advice on resolving this would be appreciated.
