i have an issue with my scrollbars not consistently appearing in my custom app developed using .Net 6 in Visual Studio 2022.
even though i've enabled the "Always show scrollbar" option in Windows 11 Settings > Accessibility > Visual Effects, the scrollbars remain hidden unless hovered over.
i noticed this problem across various applications on my computer. previously, when using Windows 10, this functionality worked as expected.
is this a known issue, or is there a solution to resolve this?
