Can't download rental movie after payment

I paid to rent the movie "Three Identical Strangers" from the Microsoft Store. I started downloading it, and it almost finished, but then it stopped. Now I can't restart the download, and there's nothing in my Store Library, downloads folder, or Windows 11 temp folder.
I've checked the settings, including my region (New Zealand), and cleared the temp folder as per the help instructions. I also restarted my computer, but I still can't download the movie unless I pay again.
What can I do to resolve this issue?
