Can’t Enter Recovery Environment

Hello. I recently got a new M.2 drive and cloned my old boot drive to the new drive. After changing my BIOS to boot from the new drive, everything seemed fine. However, upon restarting, I encounter error code 0xc000000e. I am unable to enter the recovery environment or adjust my startup settings; the only option available is to return to BIOS.

I’ve looked into solutions like booting with a USB, but I’m concerned that the cloning process or wiping my old drive may have removed essential boot files that I can't replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
