Cant login to micrsoft store/xbox

I'm having issues logging in with my main account. When prompted, I enter my computer PIN followed by my email password, but it disregards them and repeatedly asks for the same information. Also, trying to log in to anything on the browser results in a message stating that the email does not exist, despite having used it for years. This account was also hacked around 6-8 months ago, and although I managed to regain access, I'm unsure if this is related to the current problem.
