Can't make Chrome my Default Browser ?

Happy New Year !
Can't make Chrome my Default Browser ?
So I uninstalled it then reinstalled and assigned Chrome as Default .
But msEdge won't let go as Default Browser .
Please , how to fix this ?

I am not sure from your post if you have already done the final step, or it is a question. The link below will provide the information to remove Edge. If you don't intend to use it there is no need to reinstall.
