Can't Uninstall WSL from Windows 11

I followed several tutorials and deleted Ubuntu and Windows Subsystem for Linux from the "Add or Remove Programs" section. However, I can't deactivate it from Windows Features. When I uncheck the option and click OK, it remains stuck at "looking for necessary files" and doesn't complete the process, even after waiting two days.
