Change bit depth windows 11

How do I change the bit depth, I'm stuck on 8-bit and I can run 64-bit, please help I don't know what to do.

Your question doesn't make sense. Please post your system specs, give us a better description of what the problem is, and tell us which part is giving you the issue, and also provide a screenshot of the issue if possible.
