Continuous Plug-in Sound When Switching Between Monitor and Samsung TV

Hello,

I have a Windows 11 PC connected to a monitor via DisplayPort and a Samsung S95c TV via HDMI. I usually use one display at a time, switching between them with Windows + P.
When I switch from the TV back to the monitor, I hear a continuous plug-in sound and see my mouse pointer flash. This happens if the TV is turned off or on after switching back to the monitor.

The issue doesn’t occur with another TV (Sony A80k). What could be causing this?
