Windows 11 (24h2) running on Dell XPS 8940, i7-11700 cpu. I have gone thru all the diagnostic steps I could find, results are clean boot doesn't change usage, only mode that "calms" the cpu usage is safe mode
I have attached image showing Process Explorer, note the 3 threads running at 6+% apiece.
Any theories? (I have also posted this in support, no replies, so trying here)
