Cumulative Update for Windows 11 (KB5039212) Crashing My Computer

The 2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039212) keeps crashing my computer and causing blue screens before I can even log in. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I've tried rebooting, power cycling for 1/5/10 minutes, and doing a system restore, but every time the update reinstalls, my PC crashes.

My build is:

BIOS: AMI LLC 1.30 (9/6/2021) v 3.3
Board: MSI H510I PRO WIFI (MS-7D16)
Processor: Intel Core i5-10400
Any suggestions?

Not all computers would accept certain Knowledge Base from Microsoft, I hope you should wait for another release ..
