I performed a factory reset once, and everything was fine. The download speed for games was between 20-40 MB/s. However, after accidentally being unable to uninstall a certain app, I reset it again. Since then, my download speed has dropped to 5 MB/s or less. I've tried various solutions, including watching videos, resetting, and factory resetting again, but nothing has helped.
When I run an internet speed test, it shows 17.9 Mbps, whereas it used to be over 200 Mbps. I've reinstalled Windows to the latest version and tried resetting the modem but it hasn't worked.
I need to fix this issue because I play large storage games, and downloading at 5 MB/s will take hours. It also significantly lowers the quality of everything.
Thank you!
