Dell desktop Memory Integrity problem

On my Dell desktop in my Windows Security section I can't switch memory integrity on.
I believe this maybe being caused by the Killer Wireless 1535 driver. I'm being told this is the best driver for my machine.
1. Is not having memory integrity switched on dangerous?
2. Should I remove the Killer Wireless programme,
3. If so, how do I do this?
