Dell desktop PC with Windows 11 freezes at Dell logo during startup

Ran hardware and OS diagnostics, but no issues were found. Despite troubleshooting efforts, the freezing persists.

The computer was functioning normally before being left on overnight. Upon returning in the morning, it displayed a solid blue screen and was frozen. Multiple restart attempts and disconnecting all peripherals did not resolve the issue.

First thing I do when seeing the same is to remove the power from the computer the press the I|O switch and let set for several minutes. drains any residual power from the motherboard. Then plug it back in, turn on and start pressing F10 to see if the boot menu comes up.
