DOS windows flash just after boot-up?

About 30 seconds after my computer finishes boot-up, I will see two spaced apart black "DOS" type windows for just a fraction of a second.
I've not seen this before. Is this normal or do I have some sort of malware/trojan ( none show with a Malware bytes scan)
Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.3194
Any ideas as to what the two flashed windows are?

Rapidrob,
Have you looked in your Task Manager, to see what's running at Startup?

When working on any PC, that's one of the first things I do. Seems like there is always something in there that can be set to "Disable".
Take a look!

The flashing black "DOS" windows during startup are likely caused by non-Microsoft services or startup programs. To address this, open System Configuration (msconfig), go to the Services tab, check “Hide all Microsoft services,” and disable unnecessary third-party services. Also, check the Startup tab via Task Manager and disable unneeded startup programs. Restart your computer to see if the issue persists. Additionally, run a thorough antivirus scan or use Autoruns by Sysinternals to identify unusual startup programs.
