Download the updates for Windows 11 version 22631

Hello,

I would like to download the updates for Windows 11 somewhere,
and then integrate it into the ISO file.
Eg:
where can I find and download the updates for Windows 11 version 22631.2361
so that I can then create version 22631.2428.

You can dowload individual updates manually with the Microsoft update catalogue; see point 3 here: https://www.makeuseof.com/update-windows-manually/
But you need first to know / find the KB number of the update.

Might be able to get it from the Microsoft Update Catalog, mine shows as KB5031354.

The version 22631 has not been released as of yet (23H2). Current public version is 22621 (22H2). As of today the version 22631 is still in the release preview channel

For example, I want Windows 11 version 22621.1
or from Windows 11 version 22631.2361
Then download the latest updates.
But which updates do I need to create the latest Windows 11 version 22631.2428?
I then want to slipstream the updates into the old Windows 11 version.

When I search the Microsoft update catalog and type Windows 11, it finds way too many updates that I need to download.
.msu or .cab doesn't work for me.

But I have already downloaded Windows 11 Dutch version from UUP Dump.

But I thought I might have another site in case I can't download it anywhere.

After today morning installed via Windows Update the 2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031455) then it changed to 22631.2506 .
