Elgato 4K X Audio Has Static and Is Choppy Slightly

I recently purchased an Elgato 4K X external capture card for my PC setup and am experiencing audio issues where the sound is noticeably static and choppy. Despite working with Elgato customer service and trying various troubleshooting steps, including receiving a replacement product, the problem persists, though the replacement has improved the situation.

Elgato support suggested reaching out to see if there are any known issues with Windows 11 and the Elgato 4K Capture Utility Software, or any other known capture card-related sound issues with Windows 11.
