Experiencing Drop-Down Issue in IntuitiveERP

Hi,

We use the IntuitiveERP application on Windows 11. One user is unable to access any of the drop-down menus in IntuitiveERP on Windows 11. The issue is specific to this user; it works fine for everyone else. We tried formatting and reinstalling Windows 11, but the issue persists. I kindly request your assistance to address this issue ASAP.
