Films & TV App wont play MP4 videos on Win 11

I can't play MP4 (or even WMV) format on Films & TV App. Keep getting the error message (as shown in attached). No problem when I use VLC, Window Media Player or even Media Player Classic. Did not have this issue on Win 10 before. Anyone experience this or have a fix for this?

Yeah, been there since the beginning of Win11. Just have to reboot when it does that and it'll be fine.

Thanks. You are right. Once I reboot, the Films & TV App works fine.
