Frequent PC Restarts and Reset Prompts

So, sometimes my PC restarts on its own or says some files are corrupted and then restarts automatically. Occasionally, when it restarts, it asks me to select the language and region. After that, it prompts me to either reset or turn off the PC. Once I turn it off and back on, it usually goes back to normal.

But the main question is, why is this happening? What could be causing this issue? Is it related to the variety of applications I run on the PC or is it something else? How can I prevent this from happening?
