Game bar capture unresponsive (greyed out/not working)

I’m having an ongoing issue with the Game Bar on Windows 11. The "Capture" options (Screenshots, Recording) are often greyed out and unusable, especially after restarting my PC or launching an application. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks!
