Hello,
I have a problem with my headphone's microphone not working. The headphones connect with a 3.5mm 4-pin jack, and my PC has a compatible jack as well.
The speakers in the headphones work fine, but the microphone is not recognized. In the Control Panel under Sound, in the Recording tab, there's a device "Microphone Realtek(R) Audio" listed as not connected. The headset's microphone also does not appear in the Settings under the Sound tab.
When I connect the headset to another PC, both the microphone and headphones work fine, so I assume it's an issue with my PC. I'm using an Acer Nitro 5 with Windows 11.
Thanks.
