Help ! Outlook Mail

My Outlook Mail is not configured correctly, I cannot access new mail. Please advise/help. Thank you.

try looking in app store for outlook and mail updates. Then run trouble shooter in system there is a general one covers a lot of things besides outlook and mail. I just got one for outlook today that I updated. Mine is running fine.

When you say new mail, do you mea this item, in order to write mail, or newly arrived mail generally
