Help! Unable to Install Windows 11 Update Version 23H2 (KB5036980)

Hi everyone! I've been repeatedly trying to install this update, but each time I try to launch it, it suddenly stops at 96% and tells me there was something wrong with the install. My PC then reverts to the previous "un-updated" state. I've tried every method I could easily find online—removing all non-essential hardware, doing a clean boot into Windows, and so on—but nothing has fixed the issue. I'm starting to suspect it might be a deeper, less common problem. Any ideas on what I can do?

Haven't had any issue with that update yet.

Just use Media Creation Tool with original latest ISO and reinstall Windows (Not from Boot-up) but install Windows from current Windows itself and select Keep My Files, Apps & Settings ..
