Help with Error 161 volmgr causing BSOD

I've been getting a BSOD consistently while playing Escape from Tarkov. I keep seeing the 161 volmgr error, followed by a critical kernel power 41 error and then a blue screen restart. I've tried a few troubleshooting steps already, but nothing has worked so far.

I'm running Windows 11. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
