High installed app storage

Hello! i need help no large applications come up when I enter my installed apps yet windows says it contains 110gb

Do a disk cleanup .. goto RUN and type cleanmgr.exe .. check box everything there and let complete also under SETTINGS -> System -> Storage .. clean the Temporary folder
