High Ping on only One Device

Hi,

I've been experiencing abnormally high ping (60+) on only one device in the house, while every other device has a comfortable 18-20 ping. I've tried scanning for malware, restarting/resetting the router, updating drivers, troubleshooting, and more, but nothing has fixed the issue.

I've found articles about this issue in the past, but the system settings are outdated and the solutions didn't work for me. I'm looking for a more current solution.
