How do I paste a copied URL into a File Folder in This PC on Windows 11?

I'm having problems copying a URL and pasting it into a File Folder in This PC on Windows 11. The Paste function isnt available and it seems many others are experiencing similar issues. Why has Microsoft removed this function?
