I have a laptop running Windows 11, which I bought from my former employer. The only admin account on the laptop was a Microsoft account linked to the company, which was closed. After the 60-day grace period, the login stopped working.
I created a new login with my own Microsoft account, got the BitLocker password from the previous owner to decrypt the C drive, and made my account an admin. The work I did under the previous login was saved locally (not on OneDrive). However, all the data saved since the Microsoft account was closed is missing from that user's folder (Windows/Users/Info).
How can I access this data?
