How to change task manager back from icons to tabs?

One of my computers is doing this:

Instead of the good old:

1667926010752.png

How do I get it to revert back?

Apart from the first being 11 Enterprise and the second being 11 Pro, I can't think what would cause this.

Surely it's an option somewhere and MS don't force Enterprise users to put up with unintelligible icons instead of plain English text we can all read?
