How to change the name of my User folder?

I'm just setting up my new Surface Pro 9 and find that my personal folder (This PC > Local Disc (C: > Users > User Name) is named after the first 5 letters of my Microsoft Account email address. I'd like to change this to just my initials. I did it some years ago when setting up my previous device, but I've forgotten how. I've tried creating another (Admin) user account and changing the personal folder name from there, but this screws things up by creating another user folder named TEMP. Any ideas guys?
