How to delete mat-debug created by MS Defender in Temp folde

Hi! I tried different methods to delete the mat-debug files in the C:\Windows\Temp folder, but I'm unable to do so. Each time I try, it gives me an error message stating: "Service currently running on Microsoft Defender." I even tried deleting them in Safe Mode, but the files keep reappearing afterward.
It seems to be related to MS Defender. I really need assistance in fixing this issue. Thank you!

Why do you want to delete a log file that has 0 bytes? This file is needed to run Windows defender.

Yes, the log files probably are the Defender Core Service. No need to delete them
