How to Disable Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator in Windows 11

I've heard that disabling the Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator can help reduce stuttering and improve FPS. I found it in Device Manager, but the option to disable it is greyed out. The only available options are to update or uninstall it.

What should I do to disable it? Does the greyed-out status mean this device isn't installed?

PS: By greyed out, I mean the icon appears in a lighter color compared to others on the page.
