How to fix C key triggering when I press F2?

Whenever I press the F2 key while playing games, the C key also gets triggered, which is super annoying. For example, I press F2 to turn down the volume, but the C key gets pressed too, messing up my game by wasting skills.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be great!
