How to Fix Color Banding/Artifacts on Video Thumbnails in Windows File Explorer

Hello! When I view my video files in Windows File Explorer (Windows 11), the thumbnails display strange color banding artifacts. These thumbnails show a frame from the video clip, but with 4 or 5 bright color bars running through it. These artifacts make it impossible to identify the video clip. This issue only occurs with 10-bit MOV files. The videos themselves play just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this issue so that my thumbnails appear normal?

I have already tried using the free Icaros Application to fix the problem but it didn't work. I have also checked on two different Windows PCs, and both have the same issue.
