How to fix MuOnline - KERNELBASE Crash

Each time i try to play MuOnline it crashes. after inspecting event viewer i found this :

After some research i found it may be a problem from Visual C++2015, so i reinstalled them but the issue persists. Any ideas on how to fix this?
