How to get unlock Locked Folder without Software Name or Password

I locked a folder using folder lock software when I used Windows 7 a few years ago. The truth is that I've forgotten both the software name and password. Now, using Windows 11 Home Edition, I need to unlock this folder. I've tried to delete the folder, but it's not allowing me to do so, and I can't even copy it. Could you please guide me on how to access the files and folder?
