How to install an older version of Microsoft Photos App

As of version 2024.11050.29009.0, the Microsoft Photos app will not open for me. The previous version, 2024.11030.15001.0, worked fine. The latest release, 2024.11060.2001.0, also fails to open. I noticed that the 11050 version had no dependencies listed. When I try to download and install the Appx bundle of the 11030 version, it doesn't show up anywhere. Is there any way to install an older version of the Microsoft Photos app?
