How to Leave INSIDERS and return to normal builds?

So I slipped into INSIDER PROGRAM at the last second because I wanted the 'finished' build but I wanted to know what it was like before I committed to it. On that laptop I'll likely keep it but how do I get out of the program and return to normal builds?

I think that worked
